#2 General Nursing services:
General nursing services or post-surgical care is given to a patient after the completion of a surgical procedure. Post-surgical care usually depends on the type of surgery that the patient has undergone. We at VIVAT health care provide following services under post-surgical services:

To provide high quality critical care in the home, technology plays a big role. Our blend of at home nursing, supported by technology. Let us implement and monitor a patient’s care plan closely. It allows our clinical team to take immediate action. With this unique blend of at home and remote patient monitoring allows VIVAT Health Care to Provide Necessary care in metro cities and other cities.
Patient on boarding Journey:
- First contact: via call/web or referral through a doctor /circle of family and friends.
- Medical Assessment: in detail to understand the past and current ailments of the patient, including inputs of the treating doctor.
- Migration: based on assessment, necessary arrangements will be made. Arranging Equipment like Ventilator might be tested while the patient is in the ICU of the hospital and nursing service may commence before migrating home.
- Stabilisation & ongoing care: deployment of equipment and care givers followed by care reports and monitoring digitally and physically.
- Regular clinical quality Audits.
- Patient and Patient Family counselling.
- Nurse and nursing assistant counselling.
